Team Strengths Workshop

Your team takes the CliftonStrengths® assessment, then we map the results together in one room. Each person sees how they are wired to contribute. The team sees where it is strong, where it is blind, and why certain pairs keep sparking.

The team leaves with a shared language it starts using the same week, not a stack of reports it files away.

Best for an intact leadership team, newly formed or long-standing, that wants to work with each other instead of around each other.

Defined up front

Before any work begins, we agree what you would see the team doing differently if it worked. Specific behaviour, not vague engagement goals.

Tracked where it counts

We look for change in how the team actually operates in the weeks that follow, not in how the session scored on the day.

Checked with you

We come back to the behaviours we agreed at the start and check them honestly. If they haven't moved, the work isn't done.
